Shipping policy

Please review our Shipping and Delivery Policy prior to purchasing any products.  This policy applies to any order you place with us.  

What are my shipping and delivery options?

We offer flat rate shipping of $8.50 for any order under $75 and orders over $75 ship free.  We ship all orders via USPS Priority or Ground Mail unless we have prior arrangements in place.  If you require expedited shipping or prefer a different shipping method, please contact us prior to placing an order.  We do offer pickup for local customers, but you need to contact us prior to placing your order to make pickup arrangements.  Same day order and pickup may be available but only if you contact us prior to your order.  

USPS priority shipping usually takes 3-5 days, but once your package leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.  Tracking is provided for all orders and if you do not receive tracking information through Shopify, please contact us and we will provide information for you.  

International orders

We do not currently offer international shipping via the website, but if you would like international shipping, please contact us and we will gladly see if shipping can be arranged.  International shipping will not be the usual $8.50 flat rate, but will be based on actual shipping costs.

Delayed orders

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you and let you know as soon as possible.  We try to ship all orders within 3 business days, but if for some reason we are not able to ship in this time frame, we will contact you.  If you have any questions, please contact us prior to ordering.
